Questions we get every day

Can I see the layout before I pay?

Yes — always. After we confirm lighting, size and material, we send a scaled layout proof. You approve it, then we quote. Nothing is charged until you're happy with the drawing and the price.

Is there a minimum order?

No. 0 MOQ. A single house number or one storefront sign is welcome. Agencies ordering multi-location rollouts get volume pricing.

How long does it take to receive my sign in the U.S.?

Air shipping: about 20–25 days including production. Sea shipping (cheaper for large orders): about 35 days including production. We send photos of the finished sign before it leaves the factory.

Is shipping included in the quote?

Yes. Every quote is all-inclusive to your U.S. address, so there are no surprise freight charges later.

I don't have a vector file — can you still make it?

Yes. Send a photo, screenshot or sketch. For simple logos and lettering our team prepares the production file for free. Complex illustrations may need a small design fee, which we'll tell you up front.

What about installation?

Signs ship with a mounting template, stud bolts / adhesive pads as appropriate, and 110V LED drivers. Most letters are installed by a local handyman or sign installer in an hour or two. We're on WhatsApp if your installer has questions.

What if something arrives damaged or fails?

Everything is covered by a 1-year warranty. Send us a photo and we remake and replace the part free of charge.
